Returns & Conditions

Have you received your order but some items are not suitable? Don't worry, you can return them to us.

You are 14 days to return them to us from the date of receipt. For a refund, all returned items must not have been used/worn and must be in the same condition as you received them: correctly folded in their original packaging, with all labels still attached as well as the order sheet.

We would like to inform you that if you return products that are part of a commercial offer including a gift, you can keep the gift but its value will be charged upon reimbursement.

A participatory package is deducted from your reimbursement. Here are the fees applied by country and zones:

  • €3.50: Metropolitan France, Belgium
  • 9€: Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Austria
  • 12€: Europe zone 3-4 Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Vatican City State, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Bouvet Island, Isle of Man, Åland Islands, Faroe Islands, Jersey, Kosovo, Reunion, Liechtenstein, North Macedonia, Mayotte, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Turkey, United Kingdom
  • €14: Ireland, Italy, Portugal
  • Return possible for countries in the rest of the world, but without return label. You will have to take charge of organizing the return on your own.

We do not offer exchanges on our site.
If you want a new size or color, you will need to make a return and pass a new order.

If you wish to repurchase your item in another size, we offer you the delivery costs for this new order. Simply contact us at shop@toxik3.com, and we will be happy to help you.

Return form

01 - Make your return request

Have your order number (TX...) and your account email ready, then complete your return request via this return form. A return label will be sent to you by email.

02 - Prepare your package

Return the items, unworn, unwashed, labeled, correctly folded in their original packaging as well as the order sheet.
Stick the return label on your package and drop it off at a relay point close to you.

Return methods

  • Returns to relay points with Mondial Relay: Print a return label and drop off your package at the Relay Point of your choice.

  • Home returns with Colissimo: Print a return label and drop off your package at the post office.
  • Other returns: Are you responsible for the return costs? Return the package to the following address:

03 - Reimbursement

Reimbursement is made upon receipt of the return package after verification. Reimbursement will be made to the same bank card.
